Refund Policy

No worries about the quality—we only use top-notch cotton! We're a small biz, so we haven’t started a return service yet (but trust us, you’ll love the quality!). That said, we’re all for exchanges if you need a different size.

​We don't offer returns currently but exchanges only.

In case of size changes, we provide first exchange within 7 days for free and any further exchange at minimal cost.

You have 5 days from the time you get your item to request a return, according to our five-day return policy. Only in the event that the supplied goods are damaged or defective, we accept returns. For these circumstances, we will need images and an unpacking video to approve returns. We will exchange your order for a free or complete refund as soon as the QC is authorized.

Your item must be in its original packing, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. You can reach us at buddy@onsunnyside.in to begin a return or exchange.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted, Its the quickest way to get what you want. If you would like to replace something because your choice or size is different, there will be a return shipping fee after first free exchange .

We provide first exchange free and further option of ₹160 per delivered product to exchange in the event to change product's size.

Refunds

As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your payment amount will be instantly refunded to the customer's bank account in 3-7 working days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
